Clutch #1 Results:
Well out of the 9 eggs there should have been a 50% albino
turn out.
The outcome was 0 Albinos and 9 100% Het. Albinos.
So the good news is that all 9 hatched healthy and in good
shape. The bad news, no Albinos which means 1 of 2
things. First possibility is that the female really wasn't a
Het. Albino or second as explained by Dave Barker of
V.P.I.:

Pictures of each Het. with sex and weight are listed below.

Question: Hi, I may have a stupid question but I was curiuos if you have ever had it happen in your
breeding. Have you ever had a morph breed to a100% het. and not get a morph. We had an albino male
breed  to a 100% het female. She laid nine eggs and all are hets.

Subj: RE: Mailbag Question from VPI.com

Well... yes! We've had it happen several times. It usually only happens with the really important or the really
valuable morphs.
That's how probability works. You just did the equivalent of win the lottery, only in the negative sense, but
you did beat the overwhelming odds that you would get at least one albino. Maybe next time you'll get 100%
albinos to even it all out in the universe.
